I am a Child of God and a land locked beach baby! I’m a wife to Tom and a doggy mommy to Katie. I was born (Waycross, Ga) and raised (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in the south. I relocated to Va Bch, Va, where I met my husband in 1981. We moved to Charlotte in 1993 thanks to Bank of America. Although I miss the beach, I say without hesitation that I love our Queen City. My working career was in insurance as a Claims Investigator. I opened my investigative firm, All Claims Handled, in 2004. It thrived until the bottom fell out in 2008. At that point, I closed the doors and went back to my roots. My visionary, crafting roots. I inherited my love of creative handwork from my Mother, who was blessed with it from my Great Grandmother. I love what I do. Mostly, I love making people HAPPY with my designs.
