States of Brew, Charlotte, NC
Brian Egger graduated from SUNY Oswego with a degree in art in 2005. He became a teacher and taught throughout different states up and down the east coast. It wasn’t until moving to Charlotte, NC in 2010 when his artistic side resurfaced; allowing his drawings, paintings, and murals to come to life for local Charlotte restaurants, bars, and breweries.
Then in October of 2014; Brian teamed up with his two best friends, Aj Selapack and Tommy Thomes, to form a creative art & design company called, Montford Misfits.
We are the Montford Misfits, and “States of Brew” is our 1st baby! We specialize in state shaped Craft Beer Signs & Parody Logos. Each state sign is a replica of our very own, hand-cut & hand-painted original piece of art. Each parody logo is something we find to be funny and feel someone out there will too. Creativity & sarcasm are in our DNA. Two other important things to know about us are: Snowboarding & Music. We work hard so we can play harder! Do what you love, and love what you do…that’s our motto.
