Since I was a child, I have been fascinated with rocks. Inspired by stones, color, shape, texture, asymmetry and balance, I create harmonious multi-stone and mixed metal compositions of wearable art in sterling silver and high carat golds. Mining the beautiful Blue Moon Turquoise I use in many of my designs with the claim owners in Nevada makes the pieces even more special.
Each sheet of precious metal is textured with handmade paper and is transformed into complimentary shapes that have crossed our paths or millennia as the basis of all communication to showcase the stone’s natural beauty.
