Frances and Me, Raleigh, NC
“Frances and Me” was born out of a love/addiction to fabric and sewing. My Mom (Frances) taught me to sew when I was a child. She was extremely talented and creative and I believed that she could create anything.
I have sewn everything from bathing suits to my own wedding dress. I made cute little dresses for my girls when they were younger and prom dresses when they were older. When they outgrew the need for my handmade clothing I began making quilts and pillows.
I see inspiration everywhere and if I have a spare minute I am either sewing or designing my next project.
My designs are intended to be whimsical and minimalist.
