I am a mixed media artist from Atlanta, Georgia. I reconnected to painting about 6 years ago, and fell in love with mixed media techniques, color and texture. I monoprint my own papers that I used as a final layer of “paint” in my paintings, which allows me to create amazing textures in my work. In 2021 I started to work in ceramics as a way to break out of my covid-creativity-slump, and love that I can combine all of the things I love about mixed media into making fun and functional 3D objects out of clay. I’m thrilled to be coming to Charlotte with my art for the first time this year!
