Louisiana native and NC transplant, Nancy creates colorful abstract paintings using layers of alcohol ink, acrylic, pastel and oil. Her artwork is inspired by nature and travels and embodies her love of bold color and expressive mark making. After years of biomedical research, she followed her life’s passion of creating art and never looked back. Nancy’s paintings are influenced by her belief that creating and viewing art have the ability to heal wounds and uplift spirits.
