Amanda Crabtree, Durham, NC
Amanda Crabtree (she/her) is an author-illustrator and animation artist based in Durham, North Carolina. She has worked as a pre-production artist for Marvel Animation Studios and Atomic Cartoons, and creates bespoke 2D animation for a variety of clients. Her debut picture book, One Ghostly Night, is being published by Random House Studio in 2027. Amanda primarily uses relief printmaking techniques to create her immersive, textural illustrations.
