Fedder R. Williams, is originally from the Mississippi Delta where she developed a love for anything creative and different. Concrete fits the bill for her. She describes concrete as an unexpected medium that is only limited by the creator’s imagination. Fedder spends hours in her studio (garage) just mixing and shaping concrete to see what will happen. She is always pleasantly surprised by the final product.
