Ada’s Dreamy Animals, Charlotte, NC
Jane Liang was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, where she began art training at an early age. After graduating with a BFA from the National Taiwan University of Arts, she came to the U.S. and graduated with an MFA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Jane is skilled in many types of painting, drawing, and ceramics.
The series of Ada’s Dreamy Animals started while Jane was pregnant with her first child, Ada. She imagined a harmonious world filled with curious animals and interesting plants. With her watercolor paintings, Jane wishes to bring joy to her daughter as well as the rest of the world.
Jane currently lives and works in Charlotte, North Carolina.
