The inspiration for my fiber art has come from many years traveling across this country and my love of nature.
I have taught traditional quilting for many years. I now combine my quilting skills to create a peaceful pictorial piece of wall art. The combination of natural fabric and fibers with stitch gives a depth to my work. The variety of stitches and thread create a wonderful intertwining of color, texture, and shine for the details.
My thread is my drawing tool and my fabric and fibers are my palette.
