Hi! My name is Mark Boles and together with my wife Rachel Boles we operate Pure Allure Photography, LLC. Our slogan is “Passionate Portraiture for Passionate People” which definitely sums us up. We produce fine art portraiture that knocks the socks off of those who view it. Your world becomes real to the viewer as our work evokes emotion, intrigue and a sense of literally being in the moment.
We founded Pure Allure in January 2017. I have always been interested in creating images since I was a child. I started with pencils and charcoal then moved to oil paintings by the age of 13. I was just ok at drawing and painting but we never great at it. Fast forward 20 years and I found a love for photography. Initially I was repairing lenses to sell as a hobby. I found some of them allowed me to be very creative when capturing an image. The amount of creativity I found in photography sparked a love for art that I had not experienced since I was a child. With digital photo editing becoming so advanced I can now combine all of my passions into each piece. I’ve also always been an outgoing and funny person. What a great way to combine this all! We don’t pose our clients. We create moments. Whether we’re goofing off or spicing things up the images we capture are of the real thing. It’s just so much fun! Then I get to dig into editing and let my imagination soar. So here we are. Two years into this business and having a blast!
