I’m a self-taught, up-and-coming acrylic pour artist based in Charlotte, NC. I find inspiration from my everyday life as a wife and mother of 3 small children, my doctorate training as a pharmacist, and my Egyptian heritage. I do enjoy creating standard acrylic pours, but my passion is “pouring with a purpose” which means I like to create a recognizable object using a combination of different pouring techniques. I’m also always looking for different surfaces to pour on in addition to the typical pouring surface of canvases (ceramic tiles, wooden trays, vinyl records, side tables, vases, etc.)! I love the unique, one-of-a-kind, can’t be recreated aspect of acrylic pouring which makes all my pieces special. In addition to creating my own pieces, I also enjoy bringing someone else’s vision to life by offering commissions.
